1. Physical Merchandise (e.g., T-Shirts)
If you’re not satisfied with your t-shirt or other merchandise purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
To start a return or exchange, please email support@allmywebneeds.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
2. Digital Products or Services
Due to the nature of digital goods and services (e.g., web design, digital marketing, or downloadable resources), we do not offer refunds once work has begun or a product has been delivered unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please reach out so we can resolve the issue quickly.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
